1. Motherhen Development Foundation as a way of creating awareness on the 2021 themes ‘’Gender equality today for a sustainable tomorrow’’ where women are being appreciate and mentoring, where student were awarded and given mentors to help groom them by building their offence among their male counterpart Picture during International Women day award was also celebrated for a well achieve actors that help in making impact in the society, the state at large by fighting for women right and contributing to the employment of women in the state. we celebrated women who have form resilience in the face of covid 19 were given award to commensurate the day with their achievement in torching lives of women, youth, children PWD in their community.Motherhen Development Foundation in her fight against GBV in Liji and Kwami Community supported and facilitate rally by Women in Liji and Kwami Gari to sensitizes the communities of the dang of GBV/VAWG with a need for behavioral change in their communities, where women came out to oriented and sensitize their communities the effect and the need for a GBV free communities and they also form a safe space where the discuss issues affecting them and also go for outreach within their communities to other women with the consent of their husbands to sensitize them about GBV and how to protect themselves and their children.
2. In order to deal with GBV in kwami gari and Liji , Motherhen Development Foundation engage all stakeholders, men actors were engaged to help in the fight of GBV not only teaching the women and girls to avoid bullet but also teach the incoming generation of the negative effect of GBV/WAWG in the society, where the society will be healthy and safe for women and girls, Women peer educator leaders in kwami Gari and Liji communities and allow the take up the fight against GBV/VAWG in their communities for sustainability

Catch them young as it is said is very important to Motrherhen development Foundation being an organization that works with young people, we are passionate about the behavior of youths in the communities because they are the next generations leaders which can to help protect women and girls, in that light Motherhen supported and financed a football competition which was used to oriented and sensitize the youths and young boys of GBV and their roles to protect women and girls in their communities.

We are driving economic activities not only in Gombe but in the Whole of Northeast by creating jobs with enabled environment for skill and experience by our Youth to contribute to the economic activities of the Northeast even in the face of crisis, we have created job for 52 young people and persons with disabilities.
